NO RUSH – NO HURRY, just sit back & relax…Cypriot gas is a long way off and inherently uncertain.Its unproven to have material accumulations of hydrocarbons.Still underexplored -UNDEVELOPED.Still a prospect in the early exploration stage until NOBLE proves the producibility/commercialization of the field in the next 2/3yrs and only a single well alone does not warrant the commercialization of the area but geologically derisks the other blocks.re-Block 12,is an initial find,categorized as GAS INITIALLY IN PLACE and classed as “prospective resource” until the full appraisal program commences.CYP is a fron-tier area-“A new field for exploration and development activity” so far,it’s not prolific area / gas province.Still unproven-still risky-still a wildcat until someone drills more wells to confirm the existing find on other blocks. Field Development?in conjunction with commercialization in the next 4-5yrs.?LONG-LONG WAY TO GO- to say the least…………

nobody buys the porous/permeable sands or sand intervals from the subsurface and nobody buys the present unproven-undeveloped propspective resources not from this planet……earlier last year CYP sold further exploration licenses to ENI, Total, Kogas and the blocks belongs to the licence holders over the next 25 years.RoC has no “ASSETS”(reserved resources-all are probabilistic estimates) to sell and has no proved gas reserves to receive/obtain revenue…..
In respect with the sale agreements/contracts of the produced oil/gas under the “Production Sharing Contract & Profit Sharing Agreement” ONLY the exploration and production companies are having ( regulatory and obligatory commitments ) commitments and/or committed for marketing not a host country…
CYP will only benefit 25% of profit sharing ( fiscal regime -“R” factor is applicable-ZERO taxation-no VAT- Economic terms with respect to the cost oil/gas recovery and to the profit oil/gas sharing -Cost Oil/Gas recovery (up to a max. %) – Profit Oil/Gas sharing % (according to production tiers and prices)-signature & production bonus – Annual surface fees from the produced oil/gas under the terms of production sharing contract with respect to contract area and this is a common practise in the industry between the parties & a host country regarding the % of production IF such oil/gas can by itself be commercially produced….. if you understand what I mean.GOOD LUCK.

NO HARRASMENT – NO INCIDENT happened…. The CGGVeritas M / V Princess was Identified as the ship that would be performing the 2D seismic survey (including collection of marine gravity and magnetic data) conversion be able and obliged to do so much for open and wide area maneuver while she was conducting seismic surveys in the block-6 and she was entered to the Turkish Continental Shelf waters and she was ordered by the Turkish frigate “Giresun” to steer away from what Ankara describes as “Turkish waters.” by means of NAVTEX message but not in a sneaky way….please get your facts right-there was no provocative act. there is no press releases or regulatory news announced officially to the investors about estimations in relation with your article…….the below is an extract taken from Deleks PRESS RELEASES -Delek Group Announces Consolidated Results for the First Nine Months of 2013 ,as at 28 November ;

Aphrodite, a 5.2 TCF (Contingent & Prospective) natural gas discovery located in the Block 12 license, off the coast of Cyprus; in late September production tests at “Aphrodite A-2” in the Cyprus Block 12 License were conducted and completed successfully. This was followed by an announcement at the beginning of October that the “Aphrodite A-2” appraisal well was completed. An updated reserves report will be published on completion

Why LNG? LNG can be very useful, particularly for the
transportation of natural gas since LNG takes up about one six hundredth the
volume of gaseous natural gas.LNG can serve to make economical those stranded
natural gas deposits for which the construction of pipelines is uneconomical.In
addition, LNG, or any vapor associated with LNG, will not explode in an
unconfined environment. LNG allows for the production and marketing of natural
gas deposits that were previously economically unrecoverable.Unlike a pipeline , an LNG plant offers flexilibilty of markets.
LNG is a safe, environmentally-friendly fuel.LNG is odorless,
non-toxic and non-corrosive.LNG rapidly evaporates, leaving no residue on water
or soil. If spilled, LNG would not result in a slick because 100% of it
evaporates, leaving no residue behind.LNG is used across the residential,
commercial and industrial sectors for purposes as heating and cooling homes,
cooking, generating electricity & manufacturing paper, metal, glass &
other materials.LNG is simply natural gas in a liquid state.

Im Turkish but not an expert politician who twists the words/distort the facts and spreading illusory news or living in the dreamland…. Geopolitics are one thing ,geology/technology is another thing and the probable pipelines route(s) are not associated with the regional geographical map but works & integrated with accurate seismic datas interpretation. Im a qualified geologist/petroleum engineer/geophysicist with over 25yrs. experience in the OIL&GAS INDUSTRY.I very well know my stuff.

Guys & Gals please separate the wheat from the chaff – don’t consider or take into account what the incompetent Turkish media channels/Turkish officials or Mr.YILDIZ (Turrkish Energy Minister) are promoting / presenting rosy images to the eyes and rosy words to the ears which
are not more than a roadshow… GEOLOGY-TECHNOLGY is a reality here and is a great
deal – and that is just 2 predicaments- ISRAEL-CYP-TR pipeline is not possible,not coming to fruition.The truth will out as will the reality…..
Neither ISRAEL nor RoC agree on the reality that NG produced in the eastern Mediterranean will get its utmost feasibility by a pipeline passing through Turkey – but this is the stuff of geopolitical dreams….
DEAL or NO DEAL ?????
