NICOSIA – The Cabinet gave the green light Tuesday for the signing of an agreement between Cyprus and the French oil firm Total for hydrocarbon exploration licenses for blocks 10 and 11 within the island’s EEZ.
Government Spokesman Stephanos Stephanou said that the contract with Total would be signed Wednesday.
